Xanity Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At Xanity, we stand behind every product we create. Our goal is to deliver genuine results and an exceptional ritual experience. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we make it simple and fair to return it.

90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a full refund on any product you are not completely satisfied with, provided the item is returned to us within 90 days of the original delivery date.

  • This guarantee applies to all products, including opened items.
  • You do not need to provide a specific reason — “I’m not satisfied” is enough.
  • We will issue a full refund (including the original shipping cost you paid) once we receive and process your return.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned package.

How to Return a Product

  1. Contact us at support@xanity.store or through your account portal within 90 days of delivery.
  2. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label (no cost to you).
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible.
  4. Ship the package using the prepaid label.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your full refund.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel any order for a full refund at any time within 24 hours of placing it.

  • Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of the order confirmation timestamp.
  • To cancel, reply to your order confirmation email or contact support@xanity.store with your order number.
  • If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund (including shipping).
  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled but may be returned under the 90-day satisfaction guarantee above.

Important Notes

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
  • Final Sale Items: Occasionally we may designate certain limited-edition or clearance items as final sale. These will be clearly marked at checkout and are not eligible for return under the satisfaction guarantee.
  • Abuse of Policy: While we trust our customers, we reserve the right to limit or deny returns from accounts that show patterns of excessive returns or abuse of this policy.
