Xanity Shipping Policy
Effective Date: July 9, 2026
At Xanity, we know how exciting it is to receive your ritual products. We work hard to get your order to you quickly and safely.
Shipping Destinations
Xanity currently ships only within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Processing Time
We process and ship every order within 2 business days of receiving it.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM Mountain Time may begin processing the next business day.
- During high-volume periods (such as Kickstarter fulfillment or major launches), we will do our best to maintain this timeline and will communicate any delays via email if they occur.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
At checkout, you may select your preferred shipping carrier from the available options:
- US Postal Service (USPS)
- FedEx
Different carriers and shipping speeds may have different costs and estimated delivery times. You will see all available options and their estimated delivery dates before completing your purchase. All shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Selected carrier and shipping speed
- Order weight and dimensions
- Shipping destination within the U.S.
You will see the exact shipping cost for each available option before completing your purchase. We occasionally run free shipping promotions on orders over a certain amount — these will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on your location within the United States and the carrier you select:

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or high shipping volume.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or via your Xanity account.
Holidays and Delays
We do not process or ship orders on U.S. federal holidays. During peak seasons (such as holiday periods or major product launches), processing and delivery times may be slightly longer. We will notify customers via email if significant delays are expected.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@xanity.store within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate it or issue a replacement/refund.
- If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us at support@xanity.store within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
